The committee seeks persons who have made outstanding contributions to athletics at UMPI, including student-athletes, coaches, staff members and supporters of the University’s athletic programs. Student-athletes must have been away from intercollegiate competition for a minimum of five years. The Hall of Fame Committee meets yearly to review nominations. All nominations must be received by May 30th of each year. Those making nominations are asked to forward to the committee any available information in support of the nomination. This might include letters, clippings, photographs, references to appropriate books or magazines, or any other documents which might be helpful to the committee in its research and deliberations. Materials will be returned to the owner upon request.
